I agree about the artifacts, in this one I would have actually liked to get it clean, But I shot 160 speed, and handheld it wide open as slow as I could.
May try to rescan it and see how it looks on a Nikon 9000.

I took another of the hoses with more showing, but there's a railing just behind that killed it.

So I have started up a union for me and my colleagues to make sure we have a better work environment, I pay a lot more taxes than I would in most """ethically sound jobs""" (of which there are not a lot) that I don't try to dodge, I vote for a party that seeks to move away from petrochemical dependence, I opt to take trains instead of planes wherever possible and limit my number of flights by getting as many direct flights as I can instead of making unnecessary jumps to save a few bucks, I have actively taken stands against planned obsolescence that have seen results, I refuse to sell unneeded shit to clients and always try to fix shit instead of selling them replacement parts, I microlend to projects in the developing world, I donate to charitable organizations like Amnesty and MSF, with the extra time off that I get from working the way I do I volunteer for the Red Cross.

In short, yes I work in an ethically dubious business, and like the many other environmentalists that work in it, I try to make a positive impact and support making it as obsolete as possible.
