this photo wouldve been pretty great
IF: the photo quality was good, like: super sharp, no noise, shot on a good medium format film, or post processed by someone who knows what the fuck they're doing, i wouldve maybe taken a step back so some other elements of the enviroment was hinted at, but not fully revealed... maybe a scalp and a hand, something like that..

It has a nice retro vibe in terms of the stuff in the picture, but the picture isn't sharp and I think you should try to get some warm lighting like maybe a diffused yellow light or post process to bring the colors out.
