I like most of your pics OP, just some of them are clearly snapshits without a real good subject. Some of the macros are neat as well, but not the hairball ones. The single hair and lintball pictures were good. My favorite was the ripped red net thing. This thread is 7/10 above avg

The industrial shots don't have much going for them. I mean as an overall theme they are pretty bleak, but that's not nearly enough to hold my attention. There's no discernible subject to the series as a whole and most of them don't have a strong enough subject to hold their own nor the structure to create visual appeal.

i disagree that the industrial pictures dont have any subject. i find the unwelcoming spaces, how the doorways and windows creates frames within frames, and how the light falls through the windows interesting enough subjects in itself, though that might just be me..

i have about 40 usable images of caravans, all together. Why has the ones from the snowed in caravan park "nothing compelling about them whatsoever"? i quite like the rigid square structures in them, because it creates a strong sense of depth.. again, that might just be me..

For me there's just nothing to follow and/or linger on in them. They feel pretty messy and snapshoty. To be fully honest, and I don't mean this in an offensive way, but they look like my mom took them to show me the snowed in caravan park where she's vacationing.

thanks man, i took them on an evening airplane ride to oslo, just turned up the iso way beyond whats sensible and shot them.. did some pp to exaggerate the grain and make the colours somewhat pleasant.. im planning on getting them printed quite big, so you can see the landscapes when viewing them from afar, and when you get up close its just loads of what seems like black and white dots in slightly different hues..
