Decent camera body <- Pretty common, 24MP APS-C or FF can do this kind of a job already. No real need to get a 100MP digital medium format camera unless you want even more detail.

Of course, in some lighting situations, it'll be more FF than APS-C - the usual stuff.

Sharp lens <- This is usually what people don't have. Buy a high-end prime.

Lighting is a big one too. You'll get photos that appear sharper on a clear day vs overcast. Direct lights reflects more coherently to your camera sensor than scattered light. The spotlight on Lana's face helps out

if by that ordinary detail, you mean the textured quality, that comes almost entirely from lighting, not from the camera.

A light facing straight down on a white piece of paper will give you a flat white image.
If you place the light on an angle to the side of it, then the difference between the nooks and crannies will create a more detailed looking paper.

Then make sure your lens isn't trash like an iphone and apply a bit of sharpen in post to taste, or use a frequency separation in photoshop and emphasize the texture layer instead of the color one.
