Ah I think I understand. Personally I like to avoid shooting people and would hardly consider that street or anything I shoot street

Ahh I got you mixed up with D750 dude because you posted right in the middle of a batch of his. My comment about what street photography should be about was meant for >>3019036 >>3019024 >>3019023 and >>3019039.
You should really find a better subject than neon signs. The natural world is a much better place to practice technique and composition than taking pictures of man made features.
Also, shoot in manual, at least until you get good at exposure and know how to get the most out of your camera's sensor. I still shoot in manual 100% of the time because I know exactly how my DP2M responds to light and when you shoot raw you should be thinking about clipping, not middle grey like your metering sensor would.
Also someone critique my photos ffs.

I need to reshoot it. It's really soft because it was cropped a lot and yeah the focus wasn't entirely on. Pentacks focus peaking is awful. f8 was because it was on a tripod

Now I carry it in a little tiny bag that I believe was originally for an old video camera my parents had a decade ago, but it fits mine ever so slightly.
If you know you're going somewhere possibly interesting, take it with you! Even without a bag. It's worth it.
