I used to love books with this kind of pictures
Surprisingly not really. They're extremely simple to make but very few people are capable of controlling their eyes enough to view stereoscopic pairs without some form of aid. I'd love to make more of'em but almost no one I know can view them.

I like that one, nice 3D effect.
But yeah, not going to spend hours sitting cross-eyes behind my screen.
Maybe when VR headsets become popular it will take off.
Yes. 3DPRK was released late last year that included a viewer and 3d cards. It was a pretty decent package to own.
I remember seeing stereocopic porn threads years ago on /s/ and /b/, and I couldn't stop laughing at the idea of dudes fapping cross eyed with their faces right up to the monitor.
i have strabism so thanks but nope.

Doubt anyone was really fapping to them (but you never know.) I imagine most would just stare at one or two to marvel at the stereo effect, then just view the rest normally (and fap to that.)
Another way to get the stereo novelty without trying to mess with your eyes is as an animated gif.

>the price of the nishika n8000 just went up 15 percent on ebay.

it's zero effort when you know how to do it though.

Tfw blind in left eye can't view any 3D stuff.

Google cardboard / daydream are essentially doing that.
All you have to do is put two 960x1080 images side by side, put them on your phone, and look at them in a $5 Google cardboard. Instant, cheap, better stereo than history ever did.
You can even use a linear macro slider sideways to get perfect alignment ooc.

Put your weight slightly towards one foot. Snap. Shift weight to other foot. Snap.

This works 9/10 times, but you should always strive for more than "just good enough"
