holy shit Sinn Fein sponsored a Pride parade? In America, they won't let LGBTQ groups walk in the St Patricks Day parade.

Right? I was surprised as well.
Surprised and disgusted in general at that parade. It seems everything is sponsored now. Those people weren't marching for gay rights as much as they were marching to advertise various IT companies etc. apparently.
>>3016656
You're not arguing with the person who posted the photos, just so you know.
And that means this thread is being derailed by two assholes who couldn't be bothered posting photos or critique, rather than just one. So yeah, thanks a lot for your contribution to the photography board, you two.
This one always amuses and saddens me.
Those Palestinian Muslims they're marching for would stone and behead them given the chance.
Supporting Islam and LGBT at the same time just shows you are uninformed about at least one of them

>You're not arguing with the person who posted the photos, just so you know.
That's irrelevant.
I critiqued the pictures posted on their merit, as they nearly all were totally empty kid's scribbles on walls, snapshots of assorted welfare leechers and even with some examples of total overused clichés to me, all even void of any technical merit of course, but that's no surprise.
The rest is owed to a whiny faggot of the same league as your one, period.

You even took the time to march along these demented attention whores, why only shoot 100m away from your subject then? You don't even have the problem to shoot strangers in this case shytographer, as they are all there for you and anyone gentle enough to give them 1/500 of a second of attention.
Here, I contributed more to this thread than the 99% of the people who posted here without even posting a single photo: a new record.

>>3016690
I'm sure we're all grateful you took the time.
I agree that the photos are shit, and for the reasons you mentioned, but your choice to wrap that accurate but simple and unhelpful critique in edgy bullshit about "degenerates" and including me in the same "league" as your fellow contributionless shitposter makes you look like and angry little child who was looking for a place to vent. If it makes you feel a little better to whine about the low quality of my Pride snapshits that's fine. Glad to have brightened your day, little fellow, and I hope the thing that made you angry to begin with goes away.

>I'm sure we're all grateful you took the time.
Thanks, sometimes I'm magnanimous enough and I'm glad you noted it :3
>I agree that the photos are shit, and for the reasons you mentioned, but your choice to wrap that accurate but simple and unhelpful critique in edgy bullshit about "degenerates"
I agree on everything but it seems you're also further reading something else I never wrote. Could you please point the "accurate but simple and unhelpful critique in edgy bullshit about "degenerates"" out? Thanks.
Also, could you explain how that accurate, by your own words, critique you agree with is unhelpful by your personal opinion? Maybe I can help you further if you still don't fully get it.
>and including me in the same "league" as your fellow contributionless shitposter makes you look like and angry little child who was looking for a place to vent. If it makes you feel a little better to whine about the low quality of my Pride snapshits that's fine. Because at the moment you certainly still are in the same league as the previous not contributing whiny shitposter, as already rationally explained in this post here: >>3016690
But I still don't get where and why I was supposed to be "angry".

i hadn't seen this one before but it's super dope damn
this seems like the right thread to ask
does anyone have images from 'Waiting for Tear Gas' by Allan Sekula? It's a series he shot during a 1999 protest. The slides are on display at my local art museum. One of the images really stood out to me and I'd like to purchase it somehow as a standalone print, but I don't know if it's possible. Noting I find online points to their availability
The image I'm talking about specifically is one of a mounted police officer, clad in a rain jacket. Amazing orange lighting and composition, he looks like one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse imho
here's a similar photo from the same series that I was able to find online

>>3016700
Because you don't even grasp the fundamentals of the arguments; the language has been controlled for you.

You live in a dream world.
>>3017149
>brings up politics
>won't talk politics
Ask me if I'm surprised.
Seriously, though... it used to be global warming, now it's arbitrary "change". Also, you libs call it "pro-choice" when it's clearly pro-abortion. This avoids the unpleasant image of a baby being dismembered, and also paints the opposition as being against "choice" which is absurd. Also, you have to show ID for everything in life apart from voting in most states... why? Because fraud is a necessity. Literally 100% of the argument against it is because "muh black ppl don't have IDs".
If you don't want to have a debate, don't start one. Also, look at the

Aren't "pro-life" proponents interested in executions for those that provide or receive abortions? Aren't they also interested in banning abortions 100%, regardless of whether a woman's health is at risk? Is there not a frequent overlap between death penalty fanboys and "pro-life" attitudes?
The choice is in being able to say, "Hm, no, I think abortions are wrong and I won't have one." and, "I think this child will ruin my life/the doctor said this child will kill me/this child has Down's, so I guess it's vacuum slice time for you, little embryo."

it was a co operative farm we visited. Filled to the brim with slogans to increase productivity. The center building was a theatre where they would have state produced plays full of propaganda. Both of the paintings on each side of the entry way are famous revolutionary plays.
