I did my first street photography shoot by myself. honestly i didn't expect it to be so presurisng, so many people would look at me or react once i brought my camera up and some one who looked like lil-wang comfronted me for taking a picture of him. but overall i think i did pretty good, It brought my confidence a bit up. critizes my photos please.

I gotta say one thing. I'm actually pretty impressed.

I never thought to shoot canon JPG at high ISO in what is probably shutter priority before for street. Fuck, that's cheaper than shooting film and less effort.

Great stuff OP, you're on a good track. I think too many shots are eye level standing up straight. Play with levels. Get Low, get high, find the more interesting angles

they all dont suck, but are literally nothing. you went out and thats cool, but these are super forgettable. i take youre pretty young.

this one is the only one i think has some sort of potential. but you failed. you should get whats the photo about just by looking at the thumbnail. i saw a post box, then opened and yeah, flowers. all your other photos are nothing, but that one has a story, but youre not telling it in an effective way. it either needs to be in color so you can tell they are flowers (if they have color, or use the box as a color contrast device to highligth the flowers), or else make it b&w and dodge burn the fuck out of all of it to give shape to the subject.

that bouquet isnt even good looking, so its bordering unsalvable. composition could have benefited from being square and the subject centered and smaller. as it is, is opressive and kills the potential photo.

shoot 10.000 more photos, focus more on implied stories, less in lame people doing nothing.
