Reminds me of hip coffeeshops with nice couches. Without anything like that it feels a bit cold. Don't know if it's warm outside but the light is very white. If you'd increase the color temperature it'd feel like it's warm upstairs, outside, out in the world while going down here in the shadow is nice and cozy.

Yes. But I would make the frame smaller to have the women in the bottom right take up more vertical space. So we view the scene through her eyes. (pic related). Now the direction of her walk, and the movement of the road guides your eyes to the other person across the street.
