What polarizer should I buy for taking photos of cars?
>>
A round one. Circular, even.
>>
Hoya HD3 polarizers are very good. I believe it's also +1.5 stops +/-
>>
Hi! I'm Tony Northrup and in my book Stunning Digital Photography you can learn all about replacing filters within Lightroom.
Here's a quick sample:

Any circular polarizer that's the correct diameter for your lens.
If you're getting paid for this, spend $60.

Hi! Tony Northrup again! That could be arranged if you don't mind me recording this act and showing it to our friends and family. Chelsea and I would have to be physically attracted to you, of course.
If you would be interested in this contact me at sdp.io/cuck with your photo and short description.

>Hillux
Amerilard here. So this car is basically a Tundra or something?
>>
>>2998402
It's a lot smaller than a Tundra, more like a Tacoma but even that's bigger I think. The Hilux is pretty much totally unrelated to anything sold in America, though it might share some stuff with Toyota crossovers or SUVs.

It's more like a Ford Ranger than anything currently sold in the US, if that makes sense. Other countries don't really do the huge truck thing like we do, in most places a Tundra or F-150 sized truck is as big as you'll ever see and they're almost always commercial trucks. The only real exception is certain countries in the Middle East, and only ones with good roads because US market trucks fall apart in 3rd world conditions.
>>
>>2998423

It also rolls like a sonofabitch. Terrible truck.
>>
>>2998423
Yeah, the Tundra is fucking gigantic, I hate being stuck with it in front of or behind me because it's like a small bus. I can never see around it even in my full size sedan.

It sounds to me like other countries may not support such large vehicles because of regulations. I know a lot of Europe is strict on car size and engine displacement.

i couldn't believe it either
I went in honestly curious about what kind of careful thought process had led this guy to conclude that polarizing filters are irrelevant and at that point I just lel'd outta there

Although I'm not a fan of that particular car, that shot is aesthetic as fuck. Care to share the soc pic?
>>
>>2998766
Sorry for not understanding, but what do you mean with soc pic?
I can provide a mediafire link with the full resolution image, if you mean that
>>
>>2998430
Yeah restrictions are real, I mean, the largest engine available for any truck of that size is the Ranger's 3.2l 5cyl diesel, and the rest just go down in size. The Hilux, for example, is available (at least in the market I am) with a 2.4 lor a 2.8l diésel engines.

Cool thing is that you get industry firsts in terms of efficiency and innovation, having said 2.8l (1GD-FTV) pushing 177Cv and 450Nm of torks at something like 1600rpm and a total 44% energetic efficiency, which is a segment record as far as I read about.
>>
>>2998671
noice

is that the 3l diesel??

The Hilux is the single toughest car ever built. There is a reason they are so popular in war zones.

You can also tell whenever Chelsea has hold of their account because she always responds to trolls like "Be more polite next time, please"
