Landscape photos work best when they go beyond "here's a decent composition of a beautiful place." If you really want stunning landscape photos you need to find a spot, sit down, and wait for something extraordinary to happen (light, cloud formations, animals, people, etc). Your first example with the light creeping up the mountain is great. The others are very forgettable and meh.
