How do I achieve this soft but clear look? Also it looks like it's all natural light, but looks almost cinematic to me, Alan Wake like. How is this done?

I'm guessing reducing saturation, crushing blacks a bit, and increasing sharpness. Obviously you need good photos to start with

Underexpose slightly and use a lightroom preset. That's probably what the person who took those photos does.

Shhhhhh you, if you start to filter out generals too you're left with 1/3. Filter it to threads with more than 10 images for a real laugh.
