I'm not going to rehash all the reasons why it's not a very good picture, hopefully you will take some of what has already been said to heart and be able to figure it out on your own. But seeing as how the picture is not very good on it's own merit, and has such a nice white & Black contrast going on already maybe you can get by with playing around with the color levels and shading and such in Photoshop to get something semi-decent. I mean, I am not an advocate of using photoshop as a crutch for bad photographers or anything, and it will still look like a bad photo touched up in PS instead of a good photo, but it's something.
