Honestly not sure what you mean by "realistic"?

If by realistic, you mean it looks like a photograph of a car on a street, then the top, because it has other cars parked and moving in the distance. It shows life.

The bottom photo has nothing. It is very empty, and just feels like some sort of early version of a game that isn't complete. Very fake.

But if you are focusing on lighting, then the top still. The palm trees, cars, and light posts all have dedicated shadows that complete the picture. Plus the sky seems to have a slight hue of light blue whilst the sky on the bottom photo is a very unrealistic blue with no visible gradient.

Also, there are two planes in the bottom photo. Not a critique, just letting you know.
