So does this mean there is red in the shadows?
>>
The way I'm reading it the shadows would be a little green.

And for this, the d-min curve means there is blue in the highlights/ blue cast throughout?

Doesnt the green at the top mean it's closest to black? I really have no clue about these. Major was economics haha. Would be nice to get this thread going and have spectral dye curves, char. Curves fully explained away
>>

This is positive film isn't it, then the shadows would be red, you're right.

>>2968949
This is negative film, which explains the density being inverted compared to the first. So then on this one it would be blue cast to compensate for warmer light.

Yup that's Velvia 100. Red shadows sounds right.

I think the older versions better convey the red tint.

true, I did a 2nd edit where I removed it even further (even though it was already edited in the link you posted)

I'll stick to Velvia 50 desu, I prefer the purple tint
>>

>I prefer the purple tint
eww
>>
>>2968949
and on this, according to the spectral dye curve, wavelengths at the 3 dips [about 410(purple), 500(bluish-green), 610(orange)] will have high or low luminosity?
whereas wavelength 450 will have high or low luminosity?
>>
>>2969120
600 is bright, 450 is dark me thinks
>>
>>2968947
Youre right. green shadows
>>
>>2969216
No, already confirmed red. I read it wrong.
