They have auto aperture, and allow tilt/shift/rotate independently, unlike every Nikkor except the new 19. That's it.

Wrong. Only the new Nikon PSE lens lets you independently shift on one axis and tilt on the other. Canon TSEs let you do both - well, at least the 17 and 24 do, I haven't owned the longer ones.
