It's wrong for us, you could into something, a more personal look but here it looks like you jammed all you saturation and contrasted a little bit

The picture themselfs dont have a lot of stories behind them. It's urban spaces, but it's still pretty boring.

As a series the only thing in common is maybe the urbanism and the jammed up saturation.
Keep up the work and find a real subject, no snapshoting cities with bright lights, it has already been done much better.

You just fell for the high structure meme and intricate angles and shapes in modern architecture.
In 4 pictures I would have liked to see more and not just close ups. It's boring and I don't feel the building space.

If this building was actually taller I'd completely agree but it's really not that tall of a structure. Also my longest lens at the moment is a 50mm on crop. I'd love to shoot it at a different angle with a longer lens

The reason I chose to crop tighter is because I wanted to pick specific elements to focus on and because I wanted to avoid having any of the trees or other clutter be in the frame

I can understand why you'd want to see the building as a whole but ultimately the entire building itself is ruined by the surroundings so I tried to isolate neat parts as much as possible

There's no theme or central idea to these. Other than being night shots from Japan I see nothing that ties these together. None of them contain strong compositions or interesting scenes. The best is the third, I do like how the people are dispersed but the composition feels awkward in the vertical direction. What's your idea, or are these 'just night shots from Japan'?

I really like this idea. The first is killer. The depth of the image is impossible to discern and the shadows were composed nicely. Love the monochromatic turquoise tones! The second shot would be on par with the first, but that weirdly shaped shadow ruins the geometry for me. The shadows on the left are okay since they don't really introduce an extra geometry to the photo. The shadow further to the right does since its sharply defined. The third photo is garbage as is, figure out a way to play with depth more or something to make it more thsn just a photo of some shadows and grass.

Overall like these. The roofline in thr first kinda sucks. The third shot is the weakest and shouldn't be included. Revisit this place a few times and shoot more. Bet you'll find some more interesting things everytime you visit...especially if the weather / time is different.
