My favorite is the Pacific Northwest. From N. California all the way up into British Columbia.

I really want to make it to the desert southwest sometime though. The deserts have always really appealed to me.

Switzerland's alps and many streams / lakes created a ridiculous density of nice landscapes. Plus human architecture is often very nice-looking. Might be about the easiest place in the world to shoot beautiful scenery.

The Mojave (and maybe any other deserts I've visited, my US geography isn't great) in California and Nevada certainly were very beautiful. Also recommending to visit the mountain ranges further north or even the coast in the same trip for some contrast.

Also has quite a lot of abandoned lonely housing, in case you like such features in your photos.

Just kidding, Colorado and Utah are cruise control for 10/10 landscapes. Anywhere west of the Mississippi in general won't completely suck for landscape but the bottom line is you'll have to travel.
