All I had to do was google Altman light cat no 4.5-255OZ-MT and I can't help but be an ass and ask why couldn't you Google the unique names and numbers yourself?

It's a spot light, like the ones at gigs/shows that are usually mounted in the lighting rig hanging from the ceiling.

You can focus the beam (and gobo) by sliding the lamp housing and mirror and the lens. The slots at the front are for holding coloured gels.

Could be fun to play around with, if you need a new bulb make sure you don't touch it with your fingers.
