I like to keep my lens on 50mm and hold the camera portrait by my waist. I use continuous focus and try to aim and shoot the person I want to capture. Felt really lucky getting this beautiful woman so sharp. Fuck the Costa in the background though .___.

She clearly faces you, supporting the presumption that she knows that you're shooting her.

Her hair color meets the color of her bike. I do think that makes the shot at least interesting.

May I ask you, what you are going to do with that shots? I mean, what's your intention?

That's not street photography anon, that's spray-and-pray for an occasionally well enough focused and composed creepshot. In other words, garbage.

Street photo is as much a photography as it is a people skill, until you get over yourself and start photographing properly and not being afraid of making at least eye contact with your subjects then all you'll get will be at best pics of trash on the streets or of people's backs. Mind you, depending on your personality, it may take a long time to get to that stage.

Firstly, if you're doing street with a zoom then you're doing with wrong. Get a fucking prime.
Secondly, 50mm is acceptable for starters to ease yourself into getting among people, but in the long run it's way too long. You should be aiming for 35 or 28mm (uncropped), otherwise you'll always be too far and your "street photos" will remain bland shit with nothing interesting going on in them.

Other guy but it looks really obnoxious and cold. My dreams aren't cyan and magenta, they're faded and hazy and don't have much in the way of detail with regard to background elements. They also aren't dutch-angled shots of someone standing on a bicycle, nothing about the subject or background is dream-related to me.

Dreamy would be low DOF, light leak / haze, and matte / lifted blacks according to my own hazy recollections of them.

It would be a lot more enticing if this photo was at least correct, and then on top of that artistic decisions were made that enhanced the photo. Right now it just looks arbitrarily done and that a more accurate word for what you tried to give the photo is "other-worldly", because it's just plain unnatural.

Before you try again, think about the subject and what you're trying to achieve, don't try to explain your choices after the fact, make them with intent before you touch the sliders.

I decided to make it look as natural as I could manage without spending an hour on it and to then warm it up with a bit of pink, which ideally I wouldn't add but I needed to hide the residual cyan with something and the pink cancelled out some of it.

Many of his photos don't stand up to individual scrutiny on their own, not outside of the context of the overarching theme and his personal artistic manifesto which is as much a part of his body of works as the actual photographs. Arguably this is what puts him in the "fine art" category.
I don't see OP becoming recognized by the critics and filling any galleries any time soon though, nor does he seem to have any artistic integrity or concept beyond "muh street photo with muh rabal, WB slider is cruise control for cool". As such, his method is shit and his output is unarguably garbage.

As long as you're not dressed or appear as some undesirable person you should be OK. Parents are like wild animals, they can sense fear. They know if your intentions are genuine or not, but more importantly they're programmed to react to threats. Your job is to appear and act as non-threatening as possible. Also, it helps if you appear as some tourist rather than a photographer. If you are noticed, don't focus your attention at the kid, focus your attention on the parent. Be personable. Be that guy that they want to hire for bubby's 4th birthday party.
