Yeah the other guy is kinda being an ass. He's right that it does come off as just you going to one spot nearby, pointing your camera around a bit, and then posting about it (which probably is pretty accurate). I feel like the best piece of advice is just for you to shoot more and then be more picky about what you show.

You have some good shots tho. 20 stands out on its own (15 kinda does too). I think that's an important question to ask yourself when taking a shot and showing it later. Ask yourself, "Can I see someone looking at this photo and still thinking about it 10min later?"

In this picture it seems like you you're attempting a type of foreground in the picture. This only works when the lines typically lead to a subject or creating a clear distinction between areas of a photograph.

Your other pictures are fine I guess despite being a tad crooked and in serious need of lens correction. Still 2/10 though.
