Just starting really and I suck. First time trying street photography.
I panicked and forgot to focus a lot, and was scared to get up close.
I also panicked in lightroom and slapped filters on everything.

But give me some evil critique please, be as harsh as you like. Help me get better.

Or let's take this: We see a street scene in the night with pedestrians, houses and a bright light atop.
Then something strange happens to the eye. When hitting the bright light at the left top the scene changes from an ordinary street scene to a classical arranged painting. We suddenly feel the hidden symmetry if the persons. And the three men below the "star" pop out. Who are they? The holy three kings, leaded by the star if betlehem? The three musketiers? Their shadows points towards the observer as they wanted to include us into the scene. We are now part of it. We feel the spirit of the moment and can hear their enlightened conversation which their body language perfectly transport.
A perfect shot in the perfect moment. Only a true genious is capable of waiting for a right moment like this.

I was fucking with the colours for a particular reason though: I was insecure about how shitty my photos were so I wanted to hide them.

I like these. I especially like the colours in the second and third. 1, 2 and 3 have nice composition IMO. Most of the rest are hit and miss but as good if not better than what I've taken so far
