Sorry for Posting non-my-content, but how doIgetthis Style? These soft yet popping colors? These Bright Blacks yet contrast Komposition?
What is this Style called? I'd say 'pastel'
What steps do I need to take in Post to achieve it?

Not the guy you replied to, but...
The OM-2 is very good for the price (typically 50-70€ for body and f/1.8 50mm). Watch out for the center-weighted meter; you'll be using the EC dial all the time. Remember to confirm the correct mode before you shoot. Flash metering is impeccable, of course.
But realize that after a while you'll want to upgrade to an OM-4, which is about 2.5x as expensive for a lightly beaten-up model. But so, so worth it.
