You may not have a choice in where you can stand at the stadium but whether you make a thread full of snapshots from it is up to you.
Can't say I'm impressed with what I've seen so far but maybe it'll appeal to some of the basement dwellers who've never been to a venue themselves.

Just because this isn't a photo of a tramp, doesn't mean it's not welcome OP.

My CC would be to maybe take a more journalistic/documenting approach, we've all seen football games (ok only 10% of us, the rest are taking photos of tramps and fussing over what lightroom preset to buy), but the fans are unique to each stadium.

In the same way people document European Ultras, maybe aim to shoot the fans at the games, or have the focus through their view - them in the foreground with the game behind them - or of the action in the crowd like the leaders of the support clubs leading chants.
