Are you colorblind?
>>2948748
Since when is it not considered bad form to post your shit in someone else's photo thread? Especially if the OP is still in the middle of posting his?
>>2948759
It's exeptionally bad form, especially when OP's work is much much better.
>>2948748
get out of here
>>2948748
kek
Plz respond
>>2948545
Got one without the grass in the foreground? Gorgeous little piece of earth you captured there
>>2948552
Now this.. This is sex. The shooting star addition is not necessary. If you want to be a painter paint. Its your job as s photographer to capture truth.
This is such a beautiful picture and you ruined it. Please share the un raped photo
>>2948553
Disgusting. Please let an artist have your camera. Go back to "art school"
>>2949157
It's actually not an "addition". It's drying marks on the 8x10 negative, which I sadly have misplaced during moving. This image is as true as they come. I could surely remove it in photoshop, but I'm lazy lol.
>>2949155
Thanks. I actually don't have one without the grass. In hindsight I should have placed the horizon lower. I only had two negative and I made a judgement call. I might go back to this location one day and capture it better.

Did I just stumble upon a BTS in Facebook?

Behind The Scenes.
Small world.
Nice pictures in the thread, do you have any more coming up?
>>2949229
I have a few Velvia 50 6x9 images I need to get scanned, but I don't have a scanner or a digital camera... I'm also getting 5 rolls of Portra 160 and Fuji 160NS developed by Antonio. Those will also need scanning. So I'll have a bunch more in a month or two.

Cool beans.
If you have the cash to shoot 8x10 color, do you not think it worth it to get working minilab scans at Antonio, so you don't have to wait months to scan them properly?
>>2949236
Of course, but I don't have the money to shoot 8x10 at the moment. When I get a job I will get scans done by Antonio to gauge the quality of each negative, then ship them off to England for drumscanning. Drumscanning is truly insane I tell you. Now if I only could get a job. Strugglingartistmeme.jpeg
>>2949238
I see.
In case you're not aware, you can also go to Flaggfabrikken for ~300 NoK a day, to use their Flextite and large format printer. Might be more economical if you have a lot of film, but the scanner is slow af.
>>2949251
Thanks! I wasn't aware of that. 300 NoK is pretty cheap. Flextights are great. I'm guessing Antonio still scans on the V700?
On another note, when I get a job I'll probably try my hand at RA4 printing at KHIB.
This is a 100% crop of the previous image. 4x5 Velvia 100 drumscanned at 4000dpi. I didn't have glasses at this time, so it's slightly out of focus.

He has some Epson, probably a V700, and a Nikon 9000, but the standard scans he delivers are just minilabscans. He obviously can't scan stuff on the Nikon and charge only 100NoK pr roll.
Are you studying at KHIB, or how do you have access?
>>2948748
Wow please jump ship ASAP
>>2949264
I see.
Anyone can get access to KHIB as long as you pay... You just have to email Bjarte.
>>2949268
Intredasting.
Do you know approximate prices? Couldn't find them on their website.
Thought they put a full stop to anyone from the outside a few years back, so haven't even thought about using KHIBs facilities.
>>2949271
In the mail I got from Bjarte in 2013 it's 400 NOK each day. If a couple of people got in on it it would be pretty cheap.
>>2949370
T-thanks
>>2948552
That's a good photo apart from the development problems (get a real rotary jobo, it's worth it).
However it's the only one and you took it ages ago and please do bother to clean up your photographs.
>>2949224
Nice! That's awesome. Why didn't you post that instead of the other stuff OP? Shits all over it.
>>2948556
Nice.
Gotta say that I'm laughing at you quite a bit desu.
In your quest for minimalism to boost your autistic image, you fucked up big.
starting a thread for just 5-7 boring as fuck mediocre landscape shots that do nothing for anyone, well. It may as well be a RPT.
Step up nigga and maybe iI don't know, shoot some pictures of birds or something, at least they're going to go extinct.

Obvious b8
>>2952700
I don't see what's wrong with making your own thread, even if your images are not super leet pro.
And there's absolutely nothing wrong with calling someone out who might have misunderstood that point.
Don't be a mad faggot, dood.
>>2952694
there's really no reason to drop money on a rotary processor unless you're doing a ton of bulk development, given how achieving consistent results with hand processing is as easy as just paying careful attention to timing & temperature
>>2952705
especially because the constant agitation inherent to rotary machines has some detrimental effects wrt EI and film density and sharpness and shit... the pros don't outweigh the cons unless you're developing so much film as to make hand processing unfeasible.
>>2952706
I bow before your superior experience, lol.
