Not even /p/ related, but yeah he's good, he's pretty much bad at everything about filmmaking except editing which is so good that it makes up for everything else, his videos that he made before clogging were really interesting but I wouldn't say he's a meme

As much as people like to talk shit about the dude I think a lot of people watch his videos because the idea of having money to just go and do random shit is appealing, and watching these vlogs makes you realize how shitty you are at connections/networking/making friends. hes very good at this.

Is he a real photographer? I got the impression that he was a filmmaker.
Anyway, I think his editing is pretty neat. The way he uses hipster Soundcloud music was also pretty unique until a bunch of people copied him. I never really got his old videos where he wrecked stuff with equipment that cost hundreds of dollars while preaching "make it yours, kid." His vlogs are extremely annoying. Never heard of him outside of YouTube other than his bicycle lane video.
