So I bought my RX100 IV just three weeks ago. Mark V announced today. What the fuck man, how do I feel about this? This was my first digital camera after doing film for one year. I got rid of my receipt since I thought it would be the perfect Point and Shit camera to take with me everywhere but fuck this is the one thing that makes me regret my purchase. I guess I should have seen this coming but I dunno.
Help me /p/ I'm on suicide watch.

Can you still take it back to the store?
>New camera
>2 weeks later manufacturer's rebate increases by $100
>Go back to store with receipt
>"I just bought this recently. Can I refund it then immediately repurchase it?"
>Yes can do
And that's how I got $100 off my newest lens.
I'd tell you to try something similar but you tossed the receipt. Why.
It's still the same camera. My camera is 5 years old and I still like it.

No you didnt
The Mark 4 was shit anyway
unless you're a youtuber you should have gotten a used Mark III anyway
in fact the original is still perfectly fine

Just return it, in the eu you only need proof of purchase, such as your debit card statement. And 99% of camera stores keep logs of serial numbers they sell, so you may not even need a bank statement.
Get a proper camera next time.
>Buying a Sony meme camera
You only have yourself to blame. Couldn't you tell that since this was a mark IV they were already in the habit of just releasing cameras whenever they feel like it.
