I assume you're using a 18-55 kit lens and your main goal was to shoot macro. Those lenses have guite good macro capabilities at 1:2 ratio, so they're a great starting point for practising.

First of all you shot them wide open at f5.6. At 55mm (longest focal length), and being that close to your subject, the depth of field becomes minimal. Also, the widest apperture is the softest point of every lens.
For macro photography the optimal apperture is between f8 and f14-16. Below that image is too soft and depth of field is way too thin. Beyond that diffraction makes the image quality decrease.
That's the first lesson: apperture is not the only way to get a shallow depth of field, your distance to the subject is a major factor too; the closest you are, the narrower it'll be.

If you were shooting in good light conditions iso 200 is arguably a bad choice, but honestly nowadays you can shoot up to 800 with the same grain and quality as iso 100 on old CCD sensors, so no big deal, and it leaves you room to decrease shutter speed qhen you want more light without getting in the motion blurr zone.
