Hey /p/,
Urgently need your help. What kind of filter or settings do I need to use with Lightroom/photoshop to achieve this look?
Bosses asked me to make all the photos from the weekend look like it.
And I'm starting to freak out because I can't recreate it.
Fucking millennials.
Not everything is a filter or setting.
Just look at the photo and alter your curves accordingly, this is as basic and simple as image editing gets.

all software is an app
all post-processing is a filter

Take it into photoshop once you're done and resize it down to something stupidly small.
Now resize it back up to what your bosses want, it'll look sufficiently shit enough.
Alternatively, just learn to export low quality JPG.
-exposure
-sharpness
-clarity
+contrast
+purple shadows
Saturation to taste
Nightclub photography is such a demeaning job... But it's regular work, doesn't take too much effort and the free drinks and easy girls all night keep me going every weekend.

Raise the black level up from 0% to something higher in your curves then make the blacks pink, christ anon just do what it looks like, I'm not even a photographer.

I just got there by playing around with the tone curves. Boosted the blacks and toned down the whites.
Still had to soften it up like crazy tho. Bosses don't like "sharp" photos.

It's all about makin' the chicks look more attractive with club promoters man, hazy nightclub, warmer then natural colour temps, raised blacks, negative clarity, de-vibranced.
Ways to hide flaws while applying processing to 300 images in bulk, pain in the ass.
Also normies love terrible filter looks
Raising up both highlight and shadow protection to stupid levels might help you getting that flat profile-like look.
Not the best way to achieve it but it might save you some time if you have to edit those turds on a massive scale.
Make your light room preset that ups the blacks on the red channel. Save it and apply to the others. Export.

Split toning: Set the dark areas to blue and the bright ares to orange.
Exposure: Decrease black

so this is what I did
In levels I clipped the shadows A LOT, and I clipped the highlights a bit too.
Then I added haze with negative Dehazing (also decreased the contrast a bit)
Then I went into split toning and played around with that
r8 my cats
are they hip now?
