2 nitpicks.

1 the out of focus rock in the foreground looks like crap. Pulling off out of focus stuff in the bottom of thr frame like that is hard to pull off in landscape photos. In this instance it looks like you just forgot your tripod and rested your camera on some rocks.

2 the person is totally lost against the dark tones of the background. I would have moved around/had them move so they were isolated against the sky between the valleys of the peaks in the background.

For me, personally there's too much noise - probably due to your massive ISO.
I'd prefer to see them a little underexposed to get less blown out highlights and more of a silhouette of Chance. Or get in closer to get him in focus better, and to play with the creative stage lighting on his face/body.
Thats my opinion, anyway. I'm sure other's will differ!

Jesus, don't be delusional enough to think someone is only criticizing these pictures because they don't like Chance the Rapper. Overexposed to hell, ISO way too fucking high, white balance looks absolutely retarded. By far the biggest problem is how ludicrously over-exposed they are, it really makes it look like one of those photos that "just didn't turn out" on your family's disposable camera they took on vacation with them.

I will say, the framing is decent but it's really not interesting, you could try a more unique perspective. I think having all the kids with their phone up could actually be decent if the exposure was done better, where the glow from the phone would really stand out and add to the neon effect of the stage; that could be really interesting i think. But you don't really have any reason to be lighting up your shots to the point of everyone in the crowd being clearly visible (although with that much ISO noise i can't really call it clear either). Leave them as faded silhouettes, as should Chance be since there's a bunch of bright lights directly behind him. If you really wanted to get him more visible and not blacked out, you would have to get closer to him. From where you are, you need to deal with what you're given.

especially in the second picture, where there's so much bright color, you completely destroy any aesthetic value they could have added by removing any shadows or contrast, it looks like absolute dogshit.

I like the lantern in the shot, but next time I'm there I'll definitely take an isolated shot of the shrine. Most of my other angles actually included MORE objects of interest (namely a torii gate), which I actually preferred over that shot, but now I can definitely see why that would make the picture way too busy. Could be done better. Try upping your shutter speed or use a tripod. Also the subject seems to be slightly out of focus, maybe stopping down a little would do the trick... I don't like the barrel in the background, because its colors disrupt the overall monochromatic feel of the picture. Generally i like pictures of dirty rundown places with broken stuff around.
