How does this make you feel?
ANGRY!!!!!!
FUCKING DELETE THIS SHIT RIGHT NOW!!!
Amazing
The fact that Apple managed to take the sensor from a medium format camera, and shrink it down to this size is absolutely amazing

How strong is the F mount?

whats wrong with ankle socks?

You forgot the worst of them all

>those terrible tattoos.

impressed tbqh. I like sturdy hardware. On one hand I appreciate it when my friends are really cautious when I hand them my d750 but on the other hand like bro this thing is a fucking tank you don't have to worry about shattering it into a thousand pieces.

I've once had the mount almost come off my lens.
It's a sigma lens and the mount is only attached by 4 tiny screws.
But compressing the lens onto the body should be fine.
>>2912090
It's not even that ridiculous:
DSLR for super telephoto, phone for wide angle.
That butt ugly phone case pisses me off though.
>>2912090
Only thing a telecreep lens is good for.
>>2912090
What's the retail on one of those?
>>2912673
That nikon 400/2.8 is about 12000 europoors.

>But compressing the lens onto the body should be fine.
I'm pretty sure that nothing in that is designed to take around 100 lbs of force.
>>2912731
You underestimate the build quality of pro Canikon stuff it seems
>>2912737
No, I really don't. They do not design to specs like that. You seem pretty unaware that using things out of spec doesn't necessarily lead to immediate failure.
>>2912742
Haha okay Mr. autismo, I think it's time for your nap. =)
>>2912744
Anon, you're definitely so much more correct. They literally design their lenses and bodies with this exact kind of use in mind.

Shh shh no sperg now only sleep

joke
your head
I've used Nikon superteles pretty extensively. The thing I'm probably most concerned about is the lens hood, they're sturdy but not THAT sturdy, especially in terms of the attachment mechanism.
That aside, I'd mostly be concerned about tweaking the mount. It probably won't collapse but it's pretty possible to bend it a tiny bit and end up with the lens out of alignment, and that can be pretty catastrophic with the DoF of a fast tele.

You mean Sony, right?

Apple fanbois... cute little things, aren't they?
