Testing out the Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 VC USD I got a few week back for a bargain with some "street" photography.
Haven't had such a good opportunity to trash out a lens this tele in a long time since jumping on the fool frame train.
Still earning how to get the most out of this beast, and I think shooting wide open at 2.8 isn't as "fun" and easy as it is, say with the 24-70mm.

Kill yourself Ray, you cunt.
Don't know what happened here. I was focusing and re framing with the girl with the Barca guernsey but yeah. Maybe the the lenses are not centred?

Tele street shooting just comes across as creepy to me. All of these have a creeper vibe to them.
>>2910381
I second this.
I really love street shooting, but it's sometimes creepy enough to don't add an extra touch with a tele.

>orientals

>poo-in-loo
and one (((blonde woman))) to celebrate all that diversity
>name in the exif
ffs ray, these are shit
>>2910397
jesus christ, you redpilled guys get triggered so easily once you leave your safe space
all snapshits
and I'm not saying this because I know it's you, Ray; that's only part of the reason. They really are shitty, and shitty telephoto street photography really just comes out as creepy

This. Long focal lengths also make the subject just LOOK distant. Grab yourself a 35mm and go talk to people.
My photo teacher called these "hiding in the bushes" pictures. If you are not alpha enough to interact with your subject you're a creeper
>>2911394
>disturbing the scene
>muh teacher said
>ask someone for a photo
>"Okay, sure"
>walk 20 steps backwards, bump into 3 people
>line up the shot
>can't take it because everyone is walking in front of you
>>2911436
Found your problem(s)
>you ask
You don't ask.
>steps back
If they ask and are too close you get them to stand in the shade, or against this background *just over there*.
>the shot
You take numerous, unless you are retarded.
>in the way
If you need several whole seconds to evaluate a scene and can't shoot between people with a 70-200mm, or to make them a peripheral part of the shot, you are a 28mm lol-real-street-faggot who needs to skill up.
OP: if people think they look creepy it's becasue the way people shoot wide angle is inherently creepy, sneakin, hipshootan, moving along... so when it's applied to a long focallenght it causes cognitive dissonance.

Do you really think people who shoot 28mm or wide(r) angle lenses are doing it to meme? Lol
