Old one finally hit the autosage after 90-something days, in that time I learned how to walk, came back to FL, got all my shit stolen because I was stupid, scored a D7000 outfit that I have been building over the last couple of weeks, went back on the road for 25,000 miles and came back >>2840526
Random bullshittery on the road, stopped in our terminal in Springfield today to pick up my truck. Will definitely have some local stuff this week it will be a while before I actually drive off there's a waiting list on trucks apparently. I might sneak over to some of the caves in Missouri
Someone had requested more of that reflection shot in the previous thread so here's some more.

Underexposed, garbage framing.
>>2905871
Gay crop, total snapshot.
This is it for today was testing out the macro function on the 18-55 VRII, these are nothing special just some stuff to get the thread started, I'll go through a few more of the reflection shots I did a whole set in that general area.

Nice colors, not macro. Mom-tier snapshot. Knowing you, this will be the one photo of flowers you ever post, but you're going to parade it around for the next two years anytime someone says that you only shoot trucks or sunsets, or that they're interested in shooting macro or flowers, and that they need to "get on my level".
You know what would be interesting? You know what would make you a genuinely better photographer? Shoot (and post) nothing but flower photos for the next few weeks. I'm dead serious.

>when sugar's truck gets jacked while he's on the other side of a lake trying to photo it
I can't wait XXDDDD
You should shoot Sugar.
Probably the last of the Donner Pass series.

YEEEEEEESSSSS! Made my day!
>>2905865
I actually like this. The truck is too far to the left of the frame, but otherwise the composition isn't horrible.
>>2906006
Got a chuckle out of me.
>>2905866
Sugar, this is shit and you know it. What the fuck, man? This is just under exposed, crooked, uneven, unbalanced. I mean, what the fuck man. Was there any thought to composition at all?
>>2905871
Sikh capture.
Also, terrible photo. I guess the exposure isn't 100% awful, so I'll give you that, but otherwise this is just nothing.
>>2905874
Standard "i got my first dslr and imma shoot flowers" shot. Exposure is low. Saturation is too high, especially in that red and magenta channels. Look at that flower in the bottom right. It's fucking neon.
>>2908002
In all seriousness, this seems like the type of thing this company would love. Their brand amidst majestic as fuck scenery. It's not a great photo in an of itself, but a company like this would eat that shit up.
>>2908008
Rad scene. Can't really figure out what you were going for with composition.
>>2908010
Fuck I wish those two dark blobs on the left weren't there. Also, you needed to even out exposure on the sides with a gradient mask. Either lighten the right or darken the left.
