Pan at the same speed as a moving subject with a slow shutter speed.
When the shutter speed is at or greater than the denominator in the inverse of the focal length. (50mm, 1/50th of a second) any camera movement will create blur, but you should be able to track a subject well enough to keep it sharp.

I cant really see what you wanted with this photo, it is too much going on. Is the man carrying the balls the subject, or did you want to shoot the smoke or the people? In any case it would have been better if you didn't cut off the mans feet and fit the whole person in the frame. Maybe try with a lower angle next time, cut out some of the building and include more of the ground and feet of the guy with the balls. It is also kinda dark.

You have an opportunity to have a really menacing-looking shadow on the far left wooden wall. That wall needs desaturation of yellows and oranges, imho. Another option would have been to nail some rusty tools on that wall, like a pitchfork, a scythe, and some circular saw blades.
Skin colors look very unnatural, particularly on Jason. She shouldn't have been sleeveless.
Yellow hose and what looks like cellophane wrapping behind "Jason" are distracting. There's some sort of poster directly to the left of her head which feels out of place.
The wardrobe here is all wrong. Mask is too shiny and looks like you just pulled it off the shelf of the dollar store. It should be weathered and scary looking. Same for Jason's boots and jeans, which look like they just came out of Forever 21. They could be weathered and dusty. Don't you ever watch the Walking Dead? That's what your stylist/wardrobe person should be referencing.
Wish you would have switched the girls so that the pretty girl is reaching for the axe. I think we can both agree that the fat blue-haired frumpy SJW girl would make a much better and more believable psycho killer.

A truly beautiful place in a classic american small southern town way, but the exports are so horribly low quality I can barely tell.
I don't like the compositions and the lighting does not complement the scene. I really dislike the focal length, and I feel like they've all be really cropped. You needed to be wider and closer, or perhaps telephoto and mid length away.
You should have waited until the sun was lower, if you could have.
Shooting landscapes in the South is really difficult, I've found. It's very easy to get a mundane photo in an otherwise gorgeous place.

Also, if you're going to bokehwhore, learn what kind of backgrounds look good while bokewhoring (not super contrasty ones like skies through tree limbs) All that shit in the background is painful to look at and busy. If you had to use this background, you would have been better off with it in focus. You also should have moved her some to the left of frame because that weird color coming out of her head is coming out of her head in a distracting as hell way.
Fix vignetting, don't add it.
Straighten shots like this (I suspect her weight is shifted to the side, but it's so little and with the crop it looks like it's a just slightly crooked shot which looks lazy and shitty) and don't cut at joints (in general).
If you're going to have a portrait of someone stuck on a third, have some reason for her to be stuck on a third. Do something visually interesting with it. This just looks like you were too scared to get closer to fill the frame with her.

She looks like one of those girls who tries to look hard but is really daddy's special princess. Due to peer pressure, she probably smokes some weed and cigarettes; maybe dabbles in prescription pills. I imagine it takes quite a bit to get her naked and she's probably very sheepish in the sack. Probably blushes a lot. Outwardly she tries to look tough, but she's just a scared little girl who wants a man to take control of her. It's kinda cute actually.
Also, never crop on limb joints. It looks like shit. And see how she's turned slightly to her right? Make sure that she's turning into the frame, not away from it.
