By inclinated horizon I'm guessing you mean the camera being level. Well, in most of these yes the camera was completely level by using the electronic level with the camera. Any non level horizon is an optical illusion created by shorelines that are not perpendicular to the camera.

Vignetting is a lens mistake. Vignetting done in post a user mistake. Both can be used for adding an aesthetic style to a picture.
Ask yourself, does your black ring add something to your picture or does it distract from your pictures of nothing? Don't you agree that it looks like you have no idea what you are doing and that you took the picture though a tube?

It's neither from post or lens, it's from filters threaded to the lens. This may come as a surprise to you if you're one who only uses instagram tier filters like VSCO.

You have to use an ND filter to achieve this look. That's why there are vignettes. Just buy one and you can take longer exposures in daylight.

I'll grant you that, I bought the lens and filters several years ago though, back when I was on APSC. Was not a consideration then and didn't plan on getting a full frame at the time.
I have kind of taken a liking to using the 200mm though anyway, as seen above.

Yeah I know about ND filters. I haven't used them when photographing water because I go on cloudy days in the late afternoon.

Personally I prefer a faster shutter speed so you get some detail but not so slow that it freezes the water.
