it's not odd, it's f/2.8 in broad daylight. typically you have to use extremely fast shutter speeds in conjunction with low iso if you want to use an open aperture.

you are kinda missing the city in an amazing mood because of the European championship (even though I hate soccer)
if you are thinking about something like refugees, you don't really notice that at all as Berlin is a gutter either way, if anything its helping the city because its combating gentrification and the overall rise of prices
