Best is subjective. Best at what?

I use Premiere because it was bought for me and it works for what I need it. I'm sure other options would work just as well.

I was recommending them in that order depending on what you plan on doing but I honestly only use after effects

after effects can be a pita when you have to deal with multiple clips
