First pic is oversharpened.

Your shots are quite dark, which you might be able to fix in post, but I think willl probably just look like shitty HDR and ruin the aesthetic.

It looks like you're trying to go for nice blue hour shots, but your pics are taken too late in the day. Try shooting a bit earlier. Some time after sunrise, but not so late that there is no ambient light left.

More interesting subjects wouldn't hurt too.

I quite like this one. It's good that you haven't been tempted to lift the shadows too much so that mood and mystery have been retained.
