that's why your pic is entirely out of focus.
1. Don't shoot AUTO mode, do shoot aperture priority mode.
2. Rule here is to resize your images to 1000px on longest side
3. search on youtube for videos on Depth of Field (DOF) so you can learn how to use your aperture settings
4. watch every video you can on composition. Train tracks, for example, are leading lines and that's a good place to start with composition. But it has to be in focus and not blurry.

It's actually on f/2, I use a lens adapter with an older lens that has manual focus so the EXIF lies there

The technical aspects have already been described, but i'll just add that basically if the perspective was what you were looking for, it's missed. You don't see perspective if there's a dark wagon in the middle of the pic.

If the repetition of those things on the side of the wagon was what you wanted to focus on, it's also missed. you should have probably climbed on the wagon and took them from a side, with maybe a blurry effect in the back.
