>what lens should i get??
The Sammy has a fixed zoom lens; you cannot change lenses at all.
It's a nice camera for starters so get it. Learn the basics, read7watch some stuff about using cameras on the web and you're good to go.

i realized that abit after posting the thread but it was too late for me to fix my fuck up
but thank you for your input

my advice is
1) stop posting cats
2) get a job, taking care of your mom is important but you don't want to fuck up your life
3) try to get a nikon D3000 or D3100 with a kit lens on an ebay auction

thank you for that advise too
The best camera is the one you have on hand. If its a 70 camera new and youve got the money, go for it. Samsung is a reputable OEM so you dont have a lot to lose. Just one great shot can easily be worth that 70 bucks.
