It looks flat because of the light. You have either shadows reflecting gray ground, which therefore aren't very saturated, or bright highlights reflecting white and bright, so it isn't very saturated. But yeah, you have to post process since raw is by definition, not super poppy.

So quick question as terminoligy is new to me. Does static mean the object is static? I ask because thats actually a person in costume, I'm afraid that just from movement of breathing it would make that kind of stacking impossible.

Nahmija adds the bright blue to add some contrast to these buildings, don't copy that, but think about why it works.

Was shooting on an overcast day intentional? Scout the location and find out when the buildings casts interesting shadows that create some depth.

And fix your chromabs.
