BTFO = Blown The Fuck Out. All your highlights are blown man, these shots had potential but the highlights ruin them.

Take pic related for example, why ISO 160 at 1/250sec? You aperture is fine at f9, your ISO should be as low as possible, and unless you have parkasons then there's no reason to have that fast of a shutter speed. Lower your shutter down to around 1/80 and you would have had a much better exposure and no blown highlights.
