Hi everyone, I just finished selecting the pictures I'm going to send over to my photography school with a wad of cash to bribe the provisor and get accepted.
I had to produce 5 images on the theme of, pretty much, colour. (I can't really translate it exactly)
I chose to work with a yashica mat 124g and some expired Portra 160, here are the results.

>Ill just sit around the yard with some of that blue powder. That's creative!
Do they require you to miss focus or was that part of your creative vision?

I like your pics OP, but they're a bit out of "colour". Why can't you translate it?
Beautiful :)

I really like this but the powder just doesn't belong there...
If it does tell us why in your photo right now it just looks out of place.
But then again I don't know what you where trying to achieve and my judgement is based on what I think looks good, so if this is what you really wanted to achieve and fell proud of it everyone's comments shouldn't matter.

>my toddler really wanted to pick the pan with boiling oil! his face got burnt to a KFC tier crisp! but, why should my opinion matter, its what he wanted!

This, I feel like op just did this in one day
Also don't go overboard on the bokeh

>never posts photos
>never informative or helpful
>always shit
can you explain your reason to exist here?

im of the idea that you have to educate toddlers because they most of the time have drive but no direction. thats what i believe.
what do YOU believe, my spineless friend?
Well, these are on par with most photography school entry students.
They suck.
However, they show a creative thought process that evolves shot to shot, how you interpret a given task, and most importantly, that you're willing and able to complete the task.
So, even though the photos are shit, I'll be surprised if you don't get accepted.
Now you just have to come up with $5-10k per semester, plus supplies, gear, etc.
You know how people always mention poor college students and starving artists? You're about to be part of the elite begging-on-the-streets art student.
