We'll start in Cali. These were taken in the hills around San Jose. #3 of these is my favorite pic of the whole set (the other two are unedited). Makes me want to get a wide angle lens and get into landscapes...

I just didn't want to fuck up the background exposure too much... is taking out the highlights haram?

Btw, the next three are from Yosemite at sunrise. The brightness is crazy, yes, but I'm not experienced enough to balance that stuff correctly. First one edited.
