Jokes aside there is a market for Real Estate Photography using drones, particularly for large mansions or areas with lots of property.

Almost every Real Estate Photographer offers drone shots these days, unless OP got into the industry fully and competed with other photographers offering all services and competitive pricing he would not make any money, this includes videographers working in Real Estate too.
Why? Because people do not want to hire 5 different people to do 1 job, so unless OP offered all the other services it would not be a viable business, Also, for the amount of jobs you need to do to make a living in the industry only a very small percentage of those jobs want aerial shots so while it is extra incme for an established business that can offer the service it again is not viable as a business that solely focuses on that (for real estate).
This is all regarding Real Estate only, there are plenty of successful drone operating companies that solely do drone photography and videography but Real Estate would only account for an incredibly small percentage of their income. These businesses usually do whatever jobs come their way to make a living, from commercial surveying to tv productions etc.
Get your real estate license, do that until you have enough money to buy a drone and then do drone photography

apart from military, the only avenues i could think of would be finding a video production studio that does work for certain sporting events or housing
