When i shoot lightbulbs whit my D5300 i get these weird blue ghosts that behave almost like lens flares. I asumed something was wrong whit my lens but used a different one and got the same problem. Is there something wrong whit my camera?

Clean your lens, take off any filters, put on a hens hood.
I get flaring on my 56mm 1.2 XF often, but usually it's because there's something on the lens and I'm not using a hood.

UV filter on? they cause huge glare and ghosting sometimes.

The light is hitting your sensor, bouncing back, hitting your rear element, and then going back to your sensor again. It's a common problem.

don't forget to clean the rear element as well

You just need practice. Light-bulb photography is a hard thing to master.
