I don't like those wheels. I think something busier, maybe a little bigger (17" 7 spoke or something, I dunno) would look better. I like Skylines, don't get me wrong. But the ass on those cars are loooong and the 5 spoke doesn't satisfy me or fill out the flare like it ought to. Then again, I can't see the rest of the car, maybe it makes up for it. Good shot though!

You are correct, it's called a sliding pillar suspension.

Just out of curiosity, how is it that my photos got singled out from all the rest? Lol

Look i know my photos are far from professional standards, but please know I do this as a "hobby" and I get paid in most cases for them. I have no photography education or experience, at most I've had pointers from photographers like Andrew Link Photography, Lunchbox Photography, and KvK Photography. I also us it as therapy, so say what you will, but I enjoy it and I was simply trying to share some of what I've done. Thanks for the constructive criticism though.

I don't charge money for photos, but if I did you're damn right I would not be happy handing that photo over to a customer. I'm here to learn and check out other peoples work, part of learning is going over a photo and providing critique. I pointed out obvious beginner level errors, if you think those photos are worthy of being paid for you're fucking stupid. Also, thanks for providing critique on my subpar photo.

The angle is because we were on a hill, the horizon is level. Perhaps I should have moved a few steps to the left for more of a 3/4 view? The shadows aren't clipped, but I see what you're saying about lack of detail.

Please cite the vapid insults because I can't seem to find them reading through my critique post. Calling out photos for being oof and what I consider to be over processed is not an insult nor is it misguided. Feel free to contribute photos to the thread at any time.

Could have taken 5 steps back and one to the left and framed it without the awkward tree and random lights in the frame as well.
