Ye from what I've heard. Saw somebody thanking someone for recommending them the other month. He said he's had them for five years and they don't hurt his feet at all on the job over long shifts.

Dad worked in the postal service and got Danners through uniform catalog. Now mine. Been worn 6 years with no issues
Yep, just make sure you get a pair that's US made and recraftable so you can resole them.

These have roughly 1200 miles of wilderness hiking and trail work on them. I spent $250 on them.
Honestly outside of dropping $400+ on boots custom-made for your feet (which is unlikely unless you're a lineman or firefighter) they're tough to beat.

Danner factory rebuilds are affordable as fuck.
They are very well made. I've resoled different danner models up to 4 times and they are always good to go
