How do I get my spider plant to get bigger?
Can we talk about house plants on /out/?

How long have you had your spider plant? They generally reach full maturity after a year or so. Honestly they are one of the easiest plants ever to take care of and are almost impossible to kill unless you somehow forget to water them for a month or something, but even that might not kill them. so I think all it needs is probably time.

It's been around for awhile, I'm guessing a year or two. Would putting it in a bigger pot allow it to get bigger? Is there any pruning tricks or feeding that might help?
get a bigger pot
plant the babies so it fills out more

Repotting it might help a bit, and rotating which side it faces towards the light will help it grow more evenly. But generally, I've only ever had spider plants that have simply gotten huge of their own accord without needing much nudging from me.
As for pruning and feeding I can't really say that I know what to tell you, but I guess as for care of your plant, you should snip browned leaf tips off and make sure you aren't overwatering or under-watering your plant, and maybe switch to distilled water instead of tap water (they don't like the fluoride that is in tap water). Other than that, I think repotting and maybe planting more of its plantlets is the easiest way.
I've had one of these since Kindergarten. What the hell are these things?
