I walk maybe 40miles a week for my work, in steel capped boots.
The factory insoles soon get flat and HARD, and my feet feel like shit.
I've tried cutting some out of Yoga mats, anf they are blissful for about a week, by which time they have gone flat.
Can anyone recommend any comfy, long lasting insoles or foam I can cut for inserts/insoles?

in my tims i have a pair of "FP insoles." technically they are skateboarding (for people who dont want to feel their board for some uknown reason) but they work great in my tims. a perfect fit. i think they were like 20-30 bucks.

Dr. Scholl's gel inserts for me
>yes I'm gellin'
I work and hike in my steelies, they last 4-6 months and worth the 20 bucks.
Maybe try something that offers support, like superfeet? Foam insoles give cushion, but they don't help keep your arches from stretching out, causing plantar fasciitis and other foot pain.

Guys I hunt with swear by Superfeet, the green ones mostly.
Me, I prefer less cushion to more and like straight leather soles, rough side up.

Rate superfeet, only greens for goretex boots tho. Carbons will cut it, blacks will rub the gore and blues seem fine but still invalidate warranties

And all of them ruin your feet.

Superfeet. Best insoles, don't mind the price
